Thanks for sharing this, I've been having a rough couple of weeks, its been very tiring. So, I've decided that starting tonight I am going to try the Joy Journal and see if it improves my week and my outlook on myself and for my life. Thanks again!

I've been doing the Joy Journal for about a week now and it has made such a difference this week. I feel like I've been more awake. I've actually been able to stop myself right before I was going to belittle my accomplishments yesterday. I focused only on the positives instead and that is so huge for me. It feels so good to ignore the negatives that Ed places in my head and to fight him with the positives! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful tool!!
