I had a feeling we'd be addressing this Bumper Sticker further. Let's modify it so it's really, really accurate (in honor of our friend Courtney, who appears to like things to be literally exact!). Revised 2nd Bumper Sticker of The Week: Choose to Allow Ourselves to Feel.

Wow, a bit of Johanna in all of us... kind of a crazy thought. Some people might find it disturbing, actually.

The "Choose to Feel" bumper sticker is a terrific one!!! Let's add it on as our second Bumper Sticker of The Week for this week.

Bumper Sticker of The Week time. But first, Courtney, I loved that you teased me about watching iCarly! No need at all to apologize for it! I myself think it's pretty funny that, not only do I occasionally watch the show, but that I enjoy it so! I get double the fun: first by liking the show, and second by being able to have humor with myself about liking the show! I'm happy for other people to get to participate in my fun, and having humor with myself is one of my favorite things!

Now, on to our Bumper Sticker. I may have written this saying before, but it was a long time ago, and we didn't use it as a Bumper Sticker (which automatically elevates anything to a new level, right?). I can't claim originality for this one; it came from an old therapist friend of mine who had millions and millions of wise and amusing sayings. And, for the record, I'm quoting him directly.

This week's Bumper Sticker: If you have one foot stuck in the past and one foot stuck in the future, you're pissing on the present.

Need I say more???

Here's another addition to the blog, and I struggled to come up with a decent name (reaffirming that titles and names are clearly not a strength of mine). For now I've settled on Random Project. I toyed with Project of the Week or Month, but we already have a couple of things like that. And I tried out The Friday Project, but that didn't quite work out either. So...

Good thinking, Laura, adding "Same might mean..." to your experimenting with "Different might mean...!" And I really like what you said about risking different "as much as I can."

Since modern technology is so amazing (and I do realize it is!), you'll see for today that the same post appears 3 times in a row.
