Do You Need a Mentor? Or a Mentee?

You guys know how much I believe in the power of support in recovery. I could not have recovered without my friends and family, therapist, doctors, and other members of my support team. My friend, Shannon Cutts, has started a wonderful program to help people find the support they need. Please read about MentorConnect below!

Do You Struggle with ED-NOS? Do You Want to Share Your Story?

I Wish They Knew...

In my travels, I meet lots of amazing people. I meet women and men who are brave enough to face their inner demons. Recently, I met McKenzie Tabor.

At a candlelight vigil for eating disorder victims, McKenzie read aloud a poem that she wrote about her personal struggle with anorexia/bulimia. I was deeply moved and asked her if I could share it with you. She said, “Yes!”
