Returned from a family reunion in Oregon last week and have been running ever since to catch up and get ready for an upcoming Board meeting. Will write a much longer post on Friday but wanted to let you know that #7 in the list of "connections with loved ones who've died" mentioned in a previous post actually happened!
During her welcoming speech, my Sister, who hosted the gathering as a celebration of her wedding anniversary, mentioned "those not able to be with us." Although no names were stated, it still caused an audible gasp of gratitude from me. Thank you Sister.
