First, Happy New Year from One More Bite! I hope this year brings you and your families health, peace, and triumph over adversity.
I started this blog with the purpose of serving an unmet need-- providing guidance, feedback, and a forum for families struggling with eating disorders and support for family-based treatment. In that spirit, I would like you to share with me what your current needs are. What would you like to learn more about? What issues do you feel you need more guidance on? What struggles do you face that you would like me to write about? This blog is YOURS, and I need your help to serve you best.
Thank you for your readership!!

There is hope for your emotional roller coaster that causes you pain and you are beutiful inside and out!

Thank you for your informative blog. I've recently found it and wish we were closer and could work with you! This is such tough, emotional work - we're only on day 13! While I wholeheartedly agree with the FBT Maudsley method, I do wish there was more guidance with the food menu. I have searched threads on F.E.A.S.T. and looked at the short cookbook. I guess having several meal plans would provide me with assurance that we're getting enough calories and a good balance of protein, carbs, and fats. The Kartini site has a meal plan, but I think it's one after weight restoration. So, any guidelines would be extremely helpful. Thank you!
