Hello, Consequences for not finishing on time...constantly bringing plate and cup to me to check...losing activities..stalling on weight gain..dealing with frustration and staying calm in the midst of the long..very long hard battle

Michelle

Thank you for your informative blog. I've recently found it and wish we were closer and could work with you! This is such tough, emotional work - we're only on day 13! While I wholeheartedly agree with the FBT Maudsley method, I do wish there was more guidance with the food menu. I have searched threads on F.E.A.S.T. and looked at the short cookbook. I guess having several meal plans would provide me with assurance that we're getting enough calories and a good balance of protein, carbs, and fats. The Kartini site has a meal plan, but I think it's one after weight restoration. So, any guidelines would be extremely helpful. Thank you!
