I think I've trained myself quite well to eat normally by now. I do eat fun food, though maybe not 1-3 times a day. I also have a tendency to gain some weight if I eat too much, especially "fun food". I've mostly trained my taste buds to accept fruit as dessert, but sometimes a chocolate almond, or even a bit of real pastry or cake has to do. I don't feel guilty about it, just try not to overdo. But then I'm more of a binger, never gone anorexic.

Julie, we are glad you are including fun food in your normal eating routine. We've found that ending every lunch and dinner with a moderate serving of real "fun food" like the chocolate almonds, pastry, or cake is very effective in decreasing binge eating. Let us know how this works for you.

Our best, Marcia and Nancy
