Whitney, Your posts always inspire me!!! I always feel better about what I've accomplished after reading them. Are you planning on a book by any chance?

Whitney Post

Hello Kim. I am so glad they help! Your comments inspire me. I am writing a book- a whole new project to 'train' for. Are you an athlete yourself?

Rachel

I love what you say about finding victories in day-to-day life, and that struggle doesn't always have to be against yourself. I agree...and I think sometimes struggles give us a chance to fully engage and see how strong we have become!

Whitney, I'm not really an athlete. I love swimming, but I became too complusive about it so my RD (and I) feel I need to stay away from the pool for awhile. I do walk everyday and I do NIA, but again, I have to keep it low key. I think the reason your post inspire me so much is that they help me see my new accomplishments (because of recovery) as a victory. I have several of your posts printed and in my "recovery" notebook and I pull them out when I feel like recovery is moving too slow or I underestimate the power of the things I've overcome. Anyway, I get excited when I see a new post from you!

Thanks!
