this is so true. exactly how i feel about having food around the house. except after i eat it all at once (so it wont linger around) i tend to go and buy MORE of it... and repeat the same cycle. i do this at first as a test to myself, which i at a certain level know i will fail. i think to myself this time i will buy it and it WILL last me X amount of time. it will. and i whenever it is gone, i will not buy anymore of it. and then what do i find myself doing? eating it all again and buying more of it. how to stop. how to really stick to what i 'promise' myself i will do.
