When you are overloaded with stress, when your mind isn't working the way you know it can, when your emotions are haywire, when you can't bring yourself to the tasks you need to accomplish, stop looking for explanations, reasons or in depth understanding.
I love interconnectedness! A lot of people, working separately, created a healing environment that gives me a new and wonderful way of offering help to women who call me for psychotherapy.
We can't go through the world removing any and all possible eating disorder triggers. Nor can we remove any and all material that people with a particular issue find offensive.
The Los Angeles Times, my usually wonderful local paper, is running an article about eating disorders that, in my perspective, conveys false hope based on an incorrect interpretation of statistics.
